Greg Jones, director of pharmacy, seized the opportunity to speak directly to Rep. McAdams. Jones explained the urgent need for direct and indirect remuneration (DIR) fee reform. It is essential for Congress to understand the toll DIR fees are taking on pharmacies. Having the opportunity to speak one-on-one with members of Congress on their home turf about the critical business challenges their constituents are confronting puts a face and a name to the DIR issue.
