NACDS RxIMPACT town halls are a great forum for discussing pro-pharmacy, pro-patient legislative priorities.

NACDS RxIMPACT hosted two Town Hall meetings this week. Staff members from Bi-Lo Holdings in Ocala, Fla., spoke with Rep. Yoho about H.R. 592, the Pharmacy and Medically Underserved Areas Enhancement Act, which would elevate pharmacists’ ability to improve patient health, and explained the vital role pharmacists play in providing services to patients that improve their health outcomes and reduce overall spending. Staff members from Albertson’s in Lewiston, Idaho met with Rep. Raul Labrador (R-ID) and also discussed the importance of supporting the legislation.
