Music legend Tony Bennett won Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album at the 58th Annual Grammy Awards last night for The Silver Lining: The Songs of Jerome Kern. The New York Times said the album conveys “a trademark commitment to the American songbook” and noted that the 89-year-old Bennett “radiates pluck and purpose” and “a conviction that what matters is the drive to keep going.”

The Kennedy Center honoree and 19-time Grammy winner is scheduled to perform at the NACDS Annual Meeting on April 19 in Palm Beach, Fla., once again demonstrating NACDS’ commitment to providing top-level speakers and entertainment for NACDS conferences. Also scheduled for the Conference are former Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives John Boehner (R-OH), former Joint Chiefs Chairman Martin Dempsey, and Dr. Larry Sabato, election analyst and founder of the University of Virginia Center for Politics.
