The NACDS Regional Chain Conference generated even more insights and collaboration today, led by a compelling presentation by Conference Chairman Eric Graf, CEO of Ritzman Pharmacies, Inc.
“We are looking for those treasured moments when we can connect with our customers on an emotional level,” Graf said, during his session on “Re-defining the Community Pharmacy Experience. The future of retail health, workplace policy, and other timely subjects also headlined the day’s programming–along with five hours of one-to-one business meetings between chains and supplier partners.
